Hidden Treasure is a documentary film that unravels a journey, a dream and a woman’s experience to find her purpose in life.
Despite no formal music training, Earnestine Rodgers Robinson, with her faith and family, rises from humble roots to become an unlikely composer of classical music that takes her all the way to New York's Carnegie Hall and Prague, Czech Republic. Music critics have stated that Robinson has elevated the classical music form with the infusion of her own gospel background while keeping with the classical format.
The world premieres of “The Crucifixion” and “The Nativity” oratorios are a culmination of years of struggle, setbacks and personal tragedies. But Robinson finally triumphs and realizes the dream of sharing her amazing gift with the world.
Hidden Treasure, a story of love, struggle, rebirth and inspiration is, indeed, a great discovery.
